We only had 1 tuna this morning, so after breakfast Roy decided it would be a good day for a boat ride. We will be travelling until tomorrow morning when we will arrive at our next destination to make our 3 1/2 day last stand. On the way out we made one last stab at wahoo and landed 9 for our efforts. Almost all were the regulation size smaller hoos we are used to seeing on these trips. Tom Neuman apparently stowed away one of the Alijos giants in his state room and snuck it on his Marauder when no one was looking, as the one he landed was far bigger than any thing we’ve seen since the now legendary first two days of wahoo fishing at the Rocks. Weather is perfect for fishing or travelling and the ride is great. We’ll rest up today and hit it hard tomorrow. Come on back and see how we did.

    POEM OF THE DAY

    A friendly fish named Lola

    Swam up and shouted “Ebola”

    We left the scene

    For quarantine

    Sadly, she’d only said “Hola!”
